Revenue Generating Activities

Fueler has been self-funded from day1, we have been working with brands to build fueler full time. We divided this into 70:30, 70 for fueler while 30 for working with brand to help us with the cashflow. This month, our goal is to increase our revenue so that we have savings for our runway.

Update:

As per the plan, we ended up closing up deals and some exciting collaborations. Most of them are global brands. No cold DM, all inbound and word of mouth. I repeat the power of proof of work is real.

Sleeping Early

This is undoubtedly, one of the toughest projects to work on. Seriously, it is super hard to convince our hyperactive brain to take things slow and steady when it's time.

We are taking conscious steps to bring this practice.

I often think of getting off by 1AM but seems like I'm productive during midnights may be it's due to the peace of mind. This is when the world sleeps and fuelers get ready to fuel.

Not sure, if things like things are often discussed publicly by any startup team. Thought of sharing this so that we are able to communicate that it's not always springs and roses.

I wished to read more about such things from startups during their early stage. All this gives you confidence in numerous ways. Quite possibly you will be doubting yourself in every step if you are taking the right step, making the right decision or not.

Building a startup is 99% mistake and 1% accuracy and precision. I guess all these are quite natural for early-stage startup.

Community Roles

Learned this new feature to assign roles to the community members who are willing to participate in our chill sessions.

We often get to hear from Community members who missed out on sessions. It is pretty difficult to find a common ground for all. Finally, this solution could be a game-changers for us.
